ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible to participate, you must be a US citizen or permanent legal residents over the age of 21 years as of September 3, 2007, and who reside in the state of California. If you live outside of California, you are ineligible. Employees, agencies and suppliers of Adventures At Sea and their family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Along with a winner notification letter, winners will be asked to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, which, among other provisions releases Adventures At Sea and its suppliers from any and all liability related to this promotion or acceptance of the prize. Winners may be required to provide taxpayer information, and may be required to sign other legal documents or provide additional proof of eligibility. Failure to return a properly completed affidavit, release and other required documents will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. An alternate winner will be selected and they will subject to all of the requirements and limitations in these Official Rules. By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to allow the use of his or her name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on the entry form, in any media now known or hereafter invented and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes by Adventures At Sea and its affiliates, without further compensation.

Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Adventures At Sea is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and their decision is final. Adventures At Sea reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical or printing errors in any material regarding this promotion.
